Long duathlon, hilly technical course but nice conditions. (A bit of ice and lots of mud but dry and sunny for a change)

A good race finishing pretty strong. Out and back course up to the highest point then back. 4th M50 behind 3 triathletes.

Couldn't read the map (colour problems again!!).
Very disappointed as had targeted this race.
Mentally lost it after loosing time at unreadable early controls but could probably still been 2nd if I had got my head together after this.
