Note
(injured)

There were no big problems during the race but the ankle was swollen and hurts in the evening.

Orienteering race 2:37:34 [5] **** 21.51 km (7:20 / km) +700m 6:18 / km
spiked:32/34c shoes: Icebug Sisu OLX

Long distance world ranking event in Switzerland. Twist my ankle on the way to control 15. Felt uncomfortable for the next few controls. The last part from control 24 gets very hard at it was difficult to stay concentrated. It is a good feeling to know that I could run such a long distance but I´m not very happy with my route choices.

Running warm up/down 9:00 [3] 1.5 km (6:00 / km) +25m 5:32 / km
