To KB and then met with the hills group to go up onto Blackford and then after back to KB.

6x30secs on short steep bit of the hill.
4x2mins on longer not so steep bit.
Legs really feeling it.

Note

Went to a EUOC indoor session tonight and did some good practices for example drawing a course on a map and then telling a partner how to get to the next control so they could draw it our their map:). Also got some BUCS contour only maps.

Before strength and conditioning. The 16min test we do, moving the resistance up each 4mins.

New session, couldn't do a few of the them because it involved a lot of pressure on the wrist but Steve gave me other stuff to do.

Hard.
Wanted to add a bit more speed. Think I need to take more of a rest as they built up really quickly. Good though:).
