Total inc. part on map. Stomach threatened in evening, know I haven't quite got my eating right over the past few days especially today (course when back from training and a unexpected flat issue added to this) but stopped at a shop for a rice bar when felt it coming on and sorted it.

Full course chasing Dad down. Switched compass and no major issues, a couple of sub par routes particularly when under pressure and one gate Dad shut so hard I couldn't get out! So much fun in the sun and a good use of my Bank Holiday off. Nice to have no niggle from glute even after 2 tough terrain days.
