It all begins...TODAY!

Joakim came running with me this morning and he is 16 so thought he would be around my fitness level and he was. We had a good pace run for 30 minutes and did 5.54km and then we ran hard for 5 minutes (meant to be for 10mins but been ill and really didnt feel strong enough). Then we ran for 5 minutes at a harder pace and did 1.26km. Then we changed pace again and did 1.65km in 8 minutes. Supposed to be a 40 minute but Joakim wanted to see where I lived so we carried on running.

In the first 30 we were chatting and it felt comfortable but after that my breathing was so heavy and struggled quite a bit.

Nice weather, felt really warm running and had a thermal on and then a top over the top and gloves and a buff. Took the gloves off and pulled sleeves up as got too hot. Sweating when I came through the door. Pffftt, Swedes are wimps saying this is cold!

Raking leaves in the garden for two hours.
Back is killing but I worked hard :)

Really, really hurt my calf running today.
Been getting cramp in it for the last 3 nights and on and off before that. Its so painful I actually want to scream durin the night!! Drank loads today and trying to get more salt in my diet.

Just been so bored of not running, so when the grandparents said we could go walking where they hunt I really wanted to run...so I did but went slowly. Breathing was heavier than usual and legs really hurt in a strange way but halfway through I was able to pick up a pace.

I climbed up the hunting towers in hope to see some wild boar or elk but saw nothing :( Afterwards I was shown all these elk heads and pictures of what animals they had killed. They said everytime they go shooting they normally kill around 10 animals :o :o

Yes I´m ill, knew this was coming as felt so tired after JEC and run down.
Got a sore throat and getting lots of headaches. Feel so irritable and cold a lot. Very tired as well. Lucky I´m staying in a house with two doctors!

Think JEC was too much, physically I did a lot in the space of a few days and also mentally as very stressful. Lots of waiting around in airports and on my feet and food wasnt great. Body took a strain I suppose with lack of sleep etc. Think it will do me good to have a few days resting anyway before I get into hard training.

Rest side of my neck is so sore with swollen glands :|

Staying with the childrens Grandparents. My GOSH do they have an enormous house. 4 floors, so glad I´m not au pairing here, cleaning would be a nightmare. They have lived here for 40 years and have really interesting old things. Also if I worked here I´d grow do fat!! Got given a huge breakfast then a big, big lunch and for dinner we had a large meal too. I feel my tummy will explode haha.

Got woken up by Fabian at 8.15 with a pillow! Jojo, me and Fabbe then had some wrestling matches. Feeling tired, especially when walking up the stairs. Legs aching a lot...got the worst cramp last night it was ever so painful :(

Irene took me around Lund and we visited famous buildings and they were very pretty. She treated me to coffee and cake and I was so tired afterwards that I when I got home I slept till dinner time so for around 4 hours!
