Had an ok run but lack of sleep from Friday had caught up

SROC Handicap. Hynman Scout Wood. Area full of limestone cliffs and boulders. Quite a nice score event though the time limit was too long. Any score event should be so that noone is expected to get all the controls.

Circuits session. Went round with Anita and Katrin again, as they provide excellent company and give me someone interesting to talk to.

Skipping at the beginning was quite hard until I found a longer skipping rope.

Need to do a stretching session later

Had a nightmare of a time getting to circuit. Started getting ready late, so was late when I was about to get bike out of garage. Bike had soft/flat front tyre. Borrowed Dad's bike but then had to move lights on to it. Hit a pothole in the carpark at Denny Beck. One of my lights fell off and I had to go and find the pieces.

Was cycling pretty fast though

Good session. Wasn't too far behind Quentin on most intervals. Might have been something to do with having drunk a litre of SiS PSP 22 before hand.
