Cycled to and from intervals. Wind was behind me on the way there but it was hard working against it on the way home (when I was already tired from the intervals). Cycled back with Chris Roberts. There is some building work going on by the bridge at Denny Beck. It will be interesting to see what it materialises into.

Tried to keep fairly close to Mark Saunders. Don't think I did too badly if I may say so myself. Tim (I think it was him) says I need to think about ym arm movements. I am running with "orienteering" arms, and need to tuck them in closer to my body and keep them in the same plane as the direction of movement (forwards). Felt quite tired after this session. Going to do a good stretching session before going to bed (I hope)
