3rd leg womens open for an ERYRI team!!!! Kept it relatively clean, Pwll Du always throws up some confusion but really fun and good end to a very fun weekend :)

I loved this :) some little hesitations a long the way but i think i needed them to stay on track! absolutely loved it though, felt good running, didn't feel too tired at the end (maybe should have tried to run harder but i don't think my map reading is very quick atm!) and yeah just really enjoyed it :) annoyed about no17 (2.5mins) and i was being soo careful up the hill!

Oops. The less said about this the better! Apart from 1min and no.8 and 8(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) mins at 14 it was great.. :p

Orienteering 16:58 [4] 2.7 km (6:17 / km) +65m 5:37 / km

JK Sprint! Brilliant fun :) running at map reading speed so was quite good mostly, i did not have the legs for the long leg to 17!! then ran back into the gardens a bit too enthusiastically and got completely confused! (~30s) but overall i think not too bad and really fun :)
