BUCS Ilkley Moor :)

Generally happy with the run :) main factor was lack of confidence, tending to feel like i was hoping that controls would be there rather than knowing which meant it was quite stop-starty, mostly didn't cost me too much time, about 90s lost over 13 and 14 - 13 i really just ran onto the moor not really with a plan and just hoping to see the marsh which was too far to my right to see.. relocated off some big contour thing about 100m away eventually and with 14 i got a bit confused in the bracken and was too worried about losing more time than just getting on with it!

I enjoyed the course a lot though and the weekend :)

Uni circuits - upped the intensity! If i knew they were going to make it this hard deffinitely wouldn't have ran 80mins this morning!!!
