Been in a grump all day, finally hit the wall, should really have learnt from last year.. started off fairly hard then realised it was doing nothing for my mood so ran the rest of the reps at the back at a very leisurely pace enjoying the view of a dark endcliffe park.. fun! Session was 2x3min, 2x2min, 4x90, 4x60 which normally i would have really liked cause it was fairly speedy.. hugely need a rest to get rid of the cold, aches and tiredness.. not really going to happen until next week though i don't think.. despite the grumpiness today got to admit i have enjoyed the start to 2nd year :) maybe a bit too much.. hmm..
