Normale duurloop met Anna rond de Middenvijvers. Na 10km hadden we nog 4'20/km tempo, maar toen kreeg Anna een (hitte?) klopke. Dus op't einde rustig binnen gelopen.

De training was iets te lang voor me, op't einde kreeg ik veel last van linker adductoren.

Vandaag voelde ik me niet helemaal in orde, dus geen krachttraining en morgen hopelijk terug fit.
