Made a last minute decision (thanks to Cath, Eoin & Aoife) to go orienteering.

Did Hard Medium (excuse being that it'd be more fun to do the same as the others to compare splits). Glad I did as really didn't have any power in my legs - think I was safely beaten on all splits - and started making silly decisions a) to avoid climb (though apparently high to 7 was actually better), and b) because I was a bit past caring.

When Eoin overtook me I was barely running down a track.

Cath beat me by 12(!) minutes and didn't have a clean run herself.

Note

Foot felt fine running but has got sore again, not quite in the same place as last week - bit further up away from my toes. Took some voltaren. Like that diclofenac is available over the counter here.
