Started steady, caught a few people going across the basketball caught to number 1, then overtook a good group of people (inc Vince & Ollie) by choosing better route to 2. Turned out they'd got confused by paths - split was 30s faster than Vince. Nice straight route to 3, others went round. Maybe slightly shorter route to 8 possible but mine was simple and worked.

Think 2nd woman. Good race, enough route choice to make it interesting.

Long run out. Hilly. Bit scrappy so went round paths. Messed up no2, just running straight and then it was more bumpy than I realised when got into the wood. Pretty ok since then, but messed up 16 going too far and map didn't quite match the wood. Hard work and felt bit crap.
