I didn't realise the map was 1:15000 til halfway through dinner which might explain some things.

Surprisingly given the above I did ok. I just thought I was running pretty slowly. No3 was a bit further than I thought it would be, and I was bit out for 6 & 7 but mostly ok. Was just running til I hit attackpoint. Really nice after the snow, being able to run straight.

Had real trouble with my chest and had to stop to try and catch breathe :(. Failed, really should remember inhaler.

Beat Simonas on a split = happy.

Again really loved being out at night. Have entered the British Nights, think it might be a bit of a different experience

Hiking (Aiguille - Foglietta) 1:15:00 [3] 4.0 km (18:45 / km) +200m 15:00 / km

Hike along the ridge from top of the Aiguille chair. Bootpacking with sticks. Turns out hiking at 3000m with a board on your back is hard work.

Coming down was fun though (until we got to the icy road of death and my legs were just too tired to bend).
