Night social round Glencat with RB, ME, KH, RiB & JS. From Auchaballa behind Lamahip, Brackenstake, Oh Gorse, then drop to road. Bit wild and dreich up top and we managed to start heading off the wrong side of BS, but corrected before too late. Legs not too bad after yesterday, tho working hard to try and chase J down.

Succumbed to an invite to join KH on a cheeky midweek long run. From Keiloch up onto Carn Liath, then across to Culardoch and back by the big track. Not feeling particularly sparkling but felt so good to get out and all the better for being stolen. Good catch up too :-)

Chill walk round LK to try and unwind.
Various additional wanders to the top of the hill for mobile signal too. Power off late Sun - Mon 5pm.
Meant to be a day off (both work and training) anyhow.
