Easy out to Aboyne, SD to Dinnet, DW back to Aboyne and home on A93. Legs feeling fine for this but need to take time to ensure enough recovery. Will likely do fair but if biking over the next week or two to keep weight off the feet. Lovely warm summers day and felt good to be out :-)

Note

Damage report… plenty of superficial foot mess and swelling (to be expected), v tight calfs (also expected) and aching arms / shoulders from all the poleing/ crutch work (no surprise there either). Otherwise pretty good - I’ll take that.
