From Cambus bridge w/u along DW to forest. Then 6x3’ +1’ at something like 80% effort. Legs still heavy from the w/e and aiming to get some recovery whilst still trying to get the HR up a bit. From the end of the reps (undulating / climbing) went on up Cnoc Dubh at a v easy jog / walk pace. Then back down off the other side. Failed to find the old track out to the hotel and ended up x-c - just as well I was on my own! Quick dip at the bridge - getting pretty chilly now.
