Easy with ME and E. From Aboyne- Fungle to Birse Castle, Glencat then up onto Carnferg. Good to have some company to grind this one out, especially someone equally as tired! Nice day and FFS visit earned.

Glen Callater munros with ME, RB, JS and BS at start. Tuirc, Claise, Tolmount, t’Sagairt Mor and finishing over Meall an-t’Slugain. Great circuit. Good running conditions. Wind a bit chilly but tops clear and bits of sun. Running ok, pretty good on the climbs and only dropping off the back on the big valley track! Tired by the end.

Loop from Corsedarder memorial with RB. Craiglash, Corybeg, Lamahip, off the north side then back to the N of Antily Crag. Legs totally shot from yesterday- no great surprise- so was a painful shuffle. Feeling low on fuel too. Good chat tho.

Feeling in need of a hill sufferfest for some strange reason. Straight up Morven then back down to the bog for a further 3 bog to summit reps. Running uphill felt about as good as I could hope and managed some fairly consistent 20’ splits for the climbs. Shuffled back down again, going really carefully after a wee ankle roll near the top.

Couldn’t resist the offer of a social LK loop with ME later in the day and was interested to see how it would pan out. It was surprisingly ok, apart from some foot numbing issues (possibly partly shoe related), but glad we had chosen a relatively flat route.

Grabbed a gap whilst waiting for some info to progress work. Loop round Dess bowl and up onto Tar Rd, back by P'murchie. Steady cruise. Nice out and was heading a bit further until I came across a road closure.
