Easy trot round Torphantrick whilst E doing some O training. Along the river bank then back through the forest. Feeling really sluggish and left heel quite tender. Good to get out all the same.

Balmoral Cairns with a bit of a variant on the standard loop. Generally feeling a bit flat, but that's not too surprising. Bakehouse after to pick up some bread and support more local business (think they're busier than ever with their deliveries mind).

From Dinnet round the lochs then into Ballater on the DW. Brief bit of panic buyiing to help support local businesses (coffee and cheese) then back to Dinnet by the SD Rd. Headwind on the way out, but a nice blow back.
