Ros's 9-miler over Coiliochbhar with RB, KH, ME, CR and E. Felt rubbish for the first 20', but once I'd got going was running ok and really enjoyed it. Nice route with a mix of some terrain / rougher bits and fast track.

Chilled chatty trot round Crathes with Katja. Hadn't even twigged that it was Sat (and therefore parkrun) until we realised there seemed to be rather a lot of runners about!

Sweeping for Knockargety night race with KH and KE and picking up a zillion canes on the way back.... there’s well marked and there’s pain in the ass well marked. Really should try and race this again next year as it’s a good terrainy course, but nice just to jog round tonight. Good social and boy done good.

With Steph, from Dinnet a-c round Loch K, up onto Cnoc Dubh and back by the south side of the loch. Feeling much better running today and was sufficiently warmed up by the time we hit the hill that even it felt ok. Good catch-up natter.

Mortlich with J, E, SP, ME, BS, LA and GA. Beautiful morning. Felt awful on the climb and walked the second half. Descent was more fun!

E was wanting to get up high, but it wasn't looking like the day for it, so we came up with a route less travelled with a traverse of the Meall Alvie ridge from the Glen Fearder end, followed by a direct ascent of Craig Leek. Some fun bits of ridge and rock in amongst a fair bit of grot. By CL it was trying to sleet and the mist was down, so we bailed on the Glen Fearder tops and jogged back by the track. Feeling really sluggish all the way - guess I should be taking a day off, but feel the need to get out and do something, especially given as we have the time.

Down to the river bank and along as far as WHW with E. Caught the last of the light. Tired again after.
