Glen Nant. Shadowing FK and then back up the hill to take a photo and (try to) watch the relay. Love the area even though it’s so steep and tough. Another fine day whilst the rest of the country seems to be drowning.

Hill reps with ScotJOS / hill running juniors. Above Glen Lonan. Warm up up the hill (eek) then 7 x ~2’ +2’ reps on the lower section with younger girls. Plus short jog warm down.

Night O at Inverawe. Rough tough and boggy. Forgotten how slowly I move through this stuff at night but at least it was mostly in the right direction. Headset for new torch still not adjusted right - think my head must be a weird shape.

Night run up onto Gouach from Shooting Greens with J, ME and SP. Got really confused about our direction coming back off the top and ended up dropping way to the north, only to have to climb back up the track again. Lovely night though and a good run out.

Home to Lumphanan, up the kirk Brae to Tarland road along to Tornaveen then back by Pitmurchie. Managed to get a bit of tail wind on the climbs which made it feel quite easy.
