Pressendye with J, RB and BS. Felt like hard work but first hill since PSR so all good progress.

Walk up to Morven summit for race marshalling. Mild down the bottom but going over the crest from the second climb it was a different world, with an icy wind and then some rain showers once I got to the top. Thankfully plenty of kit to put on and managed to stay warm. Glad of BPs second-hand overmitts, and nice to think of him whilst up there.

6x3'+1' round Loch Kinord. First intervals in a good long time. Felt ok, but distances were scarily short. Going to take a while to try and get some speed back. Just hope it's possible!
