Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Lots of exercise to and back from the red start to help, but not so much specific pre-race w-u. It was enough.

Orienteering race 47:00 [5]

1st W45L. Feeling pretty chilled about this race. Although I didn't feel like I had to really attack it I still worked pretty hard, but more to the point kept it smooth. Very pleased to nail no 3 and 5 with tight compass. Almost lost it towards the end when concentration slipped, and had a wobble into 10, but overall very happy with the performance. Such a great forest :-)

Orienteering race 26:00 [5]

Forest sprint at Tilquhillie. Legs a bit heavy but not as bad as previous Weds. Brain not really there, but mostly got away with it except at 5, where I found some unmapped rock to the S in the green. I think E found the same stuff. Not sure 5 was sited right, but we were def wrong. Ok otherwise apart from hitting some windblow I should have known about. Good course, but map creaky. Snuck another victory over E - just.

10 x 2'+1' round Loch Kinord at tempo pace. Felt like the right thing to do.

2 bridges with E. Feeling really sluggish this evening. Ran out to the 2nd bridge then back from the last track junction.

Mountain biking 15:00 [2]

Swapped onto E's bike for the run back down - good for him to do some short run training :-)
