Over the hill and back round by the waterfall to the bottom bridge to do some hills, then wee jog back loop from the top of the DW after.

8 x 1' up the big hill with partial walk back between, continuing on to the top of the hill above the crocodile hut. Then 4 x sprints from path into the shed to the high point of the DW (35-40s). Not full on effort for the first lot, but did the last 4 quite hard.
With J from Aboyne, up the cistern track to the Guard, down to Glen T, along to middle bridge and then back by the road. Really nice ride. Hills didn't feel too bad at all.
