Running 26:00 [3]

Over the hill and back round by the waterfall to the bottom bridge to do some hills, then wee jog back loop from the top of the DW after.

Running hills 20:00 [4]

8 x 1' up the big hill with partial walk back between, continuing on to the top of the hill above the crocodile hut. Then 4 x sprints from path into the shed to the high point of the DW (35-40s). Not full on effort for the first lot, but did the last 4 quite hard.

Mountain biking 1:18:00 [3] 19.8 km (3:56 / km)

With J from Aboyne, up the cistern track to the Guard, down to Glen T, along to middle bridge and then back by the road. Really nice ride. Hills didn't feel too bad at all.

Late afternoon with J. Down the DW towards Kinker, then W along the river bank and back by the road from the home farm. Feeling lethargic.

Home to railway, WHW road, Drumnagask and back. Relaxed pace. Batteries feeling a bit more recharged today.

Easy plod round the woods with J. Legs feeling heavy, but nothing that an easy few days shouldn't sort.
