Orienteering 57:00 [5]

S6D day 1 Achagour. Good start to the race but lost contact in the archery range and everything went downhill after that, trying to fight too hard. Early start which didn't help. Mostly fun, but felt a bit bingo-y in places due to gorse etc.

Went for a bit of a botanical foray on Meall Gorm from Aberarder. Had planned to do some hill reps, but felt really lethargic so decided not to bother and just had an enjoyable meander instead.

Guiding for RTH (P+J) at Ballochbuie. Barbecue hut, green bridge, loop round the dam, Dee white bridge and back to Keiloch. Nice pace and good appreciative company. Stayed dry too.

Bell Wood putting out MOBO QR codes. Pleasant.

Running intervals 15:00 [5]

GT 2 bridges. 5 x 2'+1'. Felt hard but going ok. There or there-abouts with JG and SR. Stopped at this as don't want to be too wrecked for tomorrow.

Putting out QR codes at Creag Choinnich for MOBO. 3 of the permanent markers have walked, so another visit needed to replace them and update the notice board.
