From home by DW to tennis courts. Was then going to run with J but no tennis for some reason. So continued on my own to TW, Coull, Mortlich, Low hill and back again by the DW. Running steady and the distance didn't feel too bad.
Jogged down to Kinker to get some bread then back up again. 13' down, 17' up. Leg loosener after last night.

Forest sprint at Dunottar. Was a bit of a blast and tried to run it hard to get a quality speed session out of it. Consequently had a few hesitations where I hadn't looked at the map, but all pretty straight forward. Tired on hills, but overall running ok. Enjoyed it.
DR at Glen T. Tried the first 2' rep and it felt like flogging a dead horse, so accepted that intervals weren't going to happen tonight. Not too worried -opportunities for some speed work later in the week. Did the 2 bridges and back by the mill pond. A bit worrying that I managed to take so long over it.

Got a decent night's sleep in last night after foregoing my post lunch coffee. Might have to try and drop that little habit that's crept back in during the last year.
