Maroc run up Culblean hill from Cambus. Snowy morning - nice enough running conditions (providing you had the right kit with you...) but no view. Felt tired at the start but was going ok once I got warmed up.
Another good turnout.

Have been icing and massaging niggly R achilles for the last few days. Hasn't really been a problem but noticed it as soon as I put my ice-bugs on this morning. I wonder if they're the guilty party.

Checking and taping sites at LoB. Nice day and the forest is growing on me. No injuries this time. Out for ~4h.

Down to Meet E from school. His chain had come off so he was pleased to see me for once.
Felt tired so not going to do any more today. Long day tomorrow hopefully.

Orienteering 53:00 [4]

Glen o Dee / Banchory DNC. Was feeling tired from intervals so plan was to cruise round smoothly. Mostly went pretty well but faffed in the circle in some of the wee bits of wood. Good fun and more interesting than the standard GoD.

7 x ~3' +1' on the Green with DR. Expected to feel tired but it wasn't so bad. Green has mostly dried out - finally.
