Orienteering race 1:12:00 [5]

Jukola leg 4. Amazing! Found it really hard to concentrate but managed to get round without any big misses - couple of small errors in the circle and maybe not the best route in at least one place. Really happy to hold it together though. Team Maroc ~436 overall - brilliant :-)))

Not a huge warm-up but enough adrenalin flowing.

Training at Kuusijarvi.
~20' line, ~40' jog across to far saide and back, ~40' O
Good - reading the detail well and spiked most controls. Just a wobble in the circle at 6 and headed the wrong direction out of the control at 5.
Legs feeling much better and niggles not too noticeable. Really enjoyable terrain.

Travelled out to Helsinki for Jukola. Easy leg stretch from the hotel with Team Maroc. Various niggles still so taking things easy.
