Orienteering race 25:00 [5]

BOC relays Helsington Barrow. 1st leg on ladies short. Ran pretty clean, but finding it tough to keep up with the W50 first legs;-[
Good relay area and another nice day.

BOC at Dalegarth. Ran well, no real mistakes and hard pushed to find the 1' that Jen won by. Can't complain.

Set myself a little course on Hill of Gouach to practice reading detail and getting used to1:15,000 scale before the w/e. Was a good wee session. Not moving very fast - tough going, focussing on detail and not wanting to overdo it anyhow. Confident on 9 of my 10 controls.

Easy jog to start and back from finish of session.
