Same loop out behind the house as a couple of weeks ago:~1' flat, jog down to bottom of short hill, ~30" up. 10 x reps with flat splits of: 53,52,53,53,52,51,49,?,48,47
Hill splits of: 29,29,29,29,28,28,28,28,27,26
So session got better as it went on again. From rep 7 started to focus on running style and using my arms and it made a difference to the split.

At Glen Tanar with E. 2 bridges loop and back by the mill pond. E was trying out the next size of bike and fair whizzing along, although finding the reach a bit long. Another great day.
