Run with Maroc up Clachnaben and back over Mount Shade. Lovely day with no wind so didn't feel cold at all. Really quite enjoy being the back-marker on these runs. Guess I'm getting lazy! Did work hard on a few sections to catch back etc.

Coyles of Muick with J. Up through the plantation and then back along the ridge. Nice day, although chilly. Bit of a plod but enjoyed the run.

Orienteering race 1:17:00 [4]

DNC at Raemoir. This has to be the most unpleasant forest in Deeside. Tripped up and fell over umpteen times on the first few legs. Missed no 4 (must have been just below it in the re-entrant first time) and got distracted by others at 6. The settled in and did my own thing clean and steady, with just a few problems with the windblow on the way to 13. Good chips and beer (though they should be at that price...).
