Relaxed day with family in Ripon. Gentle potter in the mist round Brimham Rocks but never really felt the need to do anything else.

River run from Ripon. Out on the canal all the way to junction with the Ure, back along the Ure and then up the Skell back into the town. Pleasant enough but legs felt a but tired. Lovely day.

Feel good run from Dinnet round Loch Kinord and the dragonfly loop. Gloomy day.

Up to mast at E end of Hill of Fare by direct route and back the same way. Not feeling great but good to get out.
