Checking tags for Crathes event. Still felt really tired this morning and couldn't get myself going. Bit of a slow plod - out for 100'.

Dinnet Muir feel good run. From Dinnet a-c'wise round Loch Kinord, diversion towards Davan, back to Kinord path, diversion via butterfly loop then continued back round loch. Still feeling a bit stuffed up and sluggish, but enjoyed the run.

Easy loop of the woods and fields. Psycho buzz wasn't at home on the way out, but met me in the field on the way back. Escorted me back across but can't have been in the mood for attacking - either that or my cap and waving arms did the trick. Felt a bit sluggish but at least cold doesn't seem to have gone to chest for once.

Cold much improved. Had planned to go for a wee jog, but somehow never happened. No harm in giving it another day.
