Orienteering race 1:10:00 [4]

Tilquhillie long blue course. Surprisingly enjoyable. Not exactly feeling bouncy but took it steady and flowed pretty well. Navigation pretty straight forward - just a couple of wobbles in the circle. Good use of the area.

Tagging control sites at Ballogie. Ran from home to turn it into a proper long run, but then ran out of steam and time and had to call home for a lift back. Going to have to do some rethinking on courses - armchair white and yellow complete mud wallows. Out for 2h30m total.

Orienteering race 28:00 [4]

Glen o Dee forest sprint. Only 5' warm-up but didn't feel too bad running. Made a few fine route errors and missed no 8, but enjoyed it. Well planned by Rhona.

Pace run at Countesswells. 2 laps of 10' with exactly the same distance on both. Ran the first with J then he went ahead on the 2nd.

Out every other night this week, so thought I'd get this out of the way at lunchtime. 10 x 2' + 1' at H'head. Feeling generally tired, but legs fine and intervals ok. Tick.
