Running (terrain) 15:00 [2]

Maroc junior training. Led a physical session for 14 TD4/5 athletes, which went down better with some than others. Jogged round the TTT loop twice. Impressed by Ewan McMs time of 12:29 for 3 x 1km laps.

Decided not to try and squeeze any other training in today.

Mountain biking 45:00 [2]

Learney Hill with E. Hillier than I remembered and challenging for E. Realised that the full circuit was going to take too long, so cut back by the grassy path below the hill top. As much upper body work as anything else - pushing and carrying 2 bikes ! E can't have had too bad a time as he was muttering about showing dad the route by the time we were heading back. Out for 90' or so.

Better night's sleep and felt a bit livlier this morning, so headed up to Inver for a bit of peak bagging. Was quite wild up there and didn't feel good running out the track into the wind. Went round the W side of Craig Leek, onto the top, off the S end and then up Meall Alvie.
Happened across a control for GMC and another taped boulder.

7 x 1' + 1' on the track heading up Craig Leek and then another 5 x 1' + 1' on the way up Meall Alvie later. Feeling heavy, so I'm not sure how useful they were.

Rubbish night's sleep after intervals again

Easy run round H'head. Not feeling great.
Ankle still niggling for the first 5 mins or so, then seemed to settle.

10 x 2' + 1' with DR round the roads. Not really up for it, but got into it better as the session went on. Was running ok.

Struggling to keep up on the "warm-up". Cold night.
