Note

SOL 5 - phew glad that's over. All went well on the day even without the third bus. Great help to have a reliable team that you can leave to get on with their jobs. Thanks guys!

Orienteering race 29:00 [4]

11-person relay at Crathes. Ran the last leg for Maroc. Started well and feeling bouncy, but made a few small mistakes / hesitations in the second half. Fun and the calf held up just fine.

Along the river at Dess and back the same way. Fab day and the Dee looked stunning.

Kingshill. Felt good running and MUCH better for it. I don't do couch potato very well. No after effects on calf.

Didn't get any exercise at all today, and it didn't do me any good. My metabolism seems to have shut down completley and I spent half the night trying to get warm. SOL 5 stress didn't help either.

Along the track, below C+C, to the waterfall and back. Felt ok, but calf slightly achy after.
