O training at Birsemore. Long legs practice - went well. Still love this area. Saw 2 caper (shh).

Running warm up/down 14:00 [3]

Ran up the Cistern track to start.

Note

Cycled with J and E on his own bike from gliding strip to Dinnet and back. Impressive wipe out from E round the corner after the descent on the way back - just wish I could bounce up unscathed from crashes like that!

Oxenhope - Heights, Sawood, round conduit, down to Leeming and back through village. Was still half asleep (10:15) but the hills didn't look too big which is always a good sign.
Drove home after. Mentally washed out, but physically ok I think.

From Blanchland out onto Bulbeck Common looping back down to Baybridge. Pleasant enough if a bit of a plod. At least the rain has stopped. Felt better for it.

Hardly recognise anything of Newcastle but good to see that Town Moor hasn't changed. Did 10x1'+1' with an extended last rep up the bigger of the 2 hills. Felt really lethargic and never found top gear. Cxxp weather too.
