Orienteering race 1:15:00 [4]

Brown course at Cambus. Loved it. Cambus is still one of the best forests anywhere. Oing on auto-pilot, but it seemed to work pretty well. Missed ~1 min on 5-6. Otherwise just a minor wobble at 11 (contours felt a bit odd on this slope).

Running 55:00 [2]

Easy run from home. Through the woods, cow shit alley, R on the drove road, past Mary's house, down towards Kinker, R through the woods and up to S + N's, then back through the woods. Feeling low on energy but otherwise OK.

Dancing all evening at Peter and Sara's wedding. Must be worth a training log.

Running 1:28:00 [3]

Parked at Bridge of Bogendreip and ran up Kerloch. Out along the path round the side of the hill and up the track from the back, then back by the direct route to the edge of the forest and down the track. Hadn't been up Kerloch for a few years and the trees on the S / W slopes have really shot up. Did some reps up the main climb near the summit. Nice run and great day. Think I'll have to go back with my mountain bike sometime soon.

Running hills 24:00 [4]

12 x 1' + 1'. Didn't feel I was able to reach maximum effort, possibly because I'd already been running a while before I started the reps. Needed to do another 3 or so reps to get all the way up, but my legs were jelly after 12.

Steady on the roads / good tracks round H'head testing out my new shoes. Still feeling really washed out (didn't sleep well last night) so couldn't face intervals.

Steady run with J round the Potties loop. Feeling really washed out before, but perked up and felt positively sprightly up the hill. Most unusual.

Should have been at pilates this evening but completely forgot. Aagh! Must be the stress of persuading E to get into the swimming pool for his lesson.
