O training at Scolty. Feeling very tired, but thought that an easy half hour might help loosen me up for the night O. Definitely felt better afterwards and the O was going OK too.
Orienteering race 54:00 [5] *****
Scottish Night Champs at Birsemore. Ran really well with barely 2 minutes of small misses. Struggled up the hill to no 1 and missed it a bit, by which time Holly had caught me 1 minute. After that spiked the controls well and ran hard. Pleased with the result. Hollie won in 50'.

10 minutes jog to the start. Then realised I'd left my compass in the car, so another 20 minutes down and back up again ;-{ At least I was well warmed up before the start :-}

Well knackered, so stretching got a bit abbreviated again.
