Parked by the hardware store then w-u out Glencanisp to the cp. Then 12 x 2’ +1’ reps. 4 out & 8 back, undulating with net d/h by the end. Legs feeling really pretty gucci, though think they might have felt heavier on proper hills. Finished with a jog to the edge of the harbour and a sea dip. The sea really does seem cold this year!
