Was rushing my orienteering and dropped way too far down the hill to 4 taking a whole train with me, sorry pals. Worked hard with Laura to try and get back on it but it felt like every time we caught anyone we had a longer gaffle and lost them again, and then my legs lost the will to live going back up the hill. Proper slog.

A couple of small mistakes at 1, 7 and 9 but generally pretty decent... luckily I wasn’t punished for having zero terrain strength as I basically just went round the path to everything :-)

Probably the hardest I’ve ever consecutively pushed my body over the last 3 days. Feeling very broken & sick on the way home. Unpleasant.

I think that’s a pretty accurate reflection of my forest skills and terrain speed. I faff around too much to be any faster. Did enjoy it though (well the bits where I was running downhill at least).

JK sprint - 2nd - probably started a bit too fast, felt like I was on it for 2/3 of the course and then my brain went mega awol in oxygen debt, but I’m happy enough & my best ever JK result :)
Now I’ve got me some control flow to work on ahead of EOC!
