6 x 4min hills with Ruth - would never keep going if she wasn't there!
Garmin definitely lying about the amount of hills we did. Legs & lungs were not happy on the last 2. So warm (whaaaat??) & really having to mentally mtfu :)
Also loving the two men having a cheeky walk up the hill until they saw us & then pretending they ran it, haaah! girls rule.

Pangbourne off-road 10k

The most enjoyable 10k I've ever done! Such a nice undulating route round woods & fields, really varied that I barely noticed the time passing :) and great to have others pushing you along.

Thought I was in 4th place & I could see a lady ahead of me. Worked SO hard to reel her in over the last 4km, only for it to turn out that there was some beast of a woman 7 minutes (!!) ahead, & that I'd actually killed myself to move from 5th to 4th - doh!!! I knew that I could catch her though, so that was a positive to take away that my kms got faster and faster (down from 4:40 to 4:07 pace) & that I actually felt strong at the end.

Brilliant fun :D (also massive breakthrough that I'm finding racing fun rather than just painful haha)
