Trying to take yesterdays learning & apply it to this event. Really had a lot of fun on this course :) Mostly satisfied with my route choice & made sure to plan ahead on the run this time. Yeah I'm still not fit but might as well use this time to get the technical stuff right. A great area i thought :)

Dorking Urban Race -
Well apart from not having a number 8 this was good(!)
Found it really hard to plan ahead for some reason though, I guess just a lack of recent practice leading to a very stop start approach which I gotta work on.
Was fun though & some good faster training.

Long day of walking - several hours in the Chilterns which was awesome but i guess not 'logable training'. Feel well exercised though zzz!
