Quiet day at home with the boy - took him out for early evening stroll to the Rec.

One week into the new regime/diet and delighted to have lost 2.8kg. I feel so much more energyful, positive and alive. Hunger pains of earlier in the week are abating and I feel genuinely sated after the day, without the bloating etc. Will modify going forward and keep to the broad system and it's palpably working, with occasional weekend treats.
