First time on the MTB for ages - with Sarah & Cocoa along Marsh Rd then over to Arnside for a tour around the base of the Knott - enjoying the sludgey sand/mud of the Bay before climbing the Knott twice. Superb ride - back via Storth & Dallam Tower.

Collected Cocoa and ran up to the Lord's Seat and back down the far path from the Scar... lovely out there - clear blue skies. Gorgeous.
