Not a great night's sleep - woke up early to Sarah's coughing and worrying generally about the state of the world. Got out for this smashing trot though with the Dog to combine exercise, dog-walk and essentials shop - down to Milnthorpe via Marsh Rd and back via Haverflatts. Broke up the walking with some jogging too. Getting there. Beautiful afternoon - in shorts.
