On own at a decent lick to Burwell (via Upware Rd and Reach) and back via Reach (36.34 for 15.2km). Then out with Sarah and the dog. Came off bike early on trying to avoid a lorry on my side of the road. Bruised forearm. Filthy roads made for some cycle-cross training.

Shifting the logs from the drive into the log store in the large lounge... put the Garmin on to see distance covered and heart-rate - both fairly respectable and it's certainly good core and upper body work!
Didn't get home from sports centre shift until 11pm and therefore not asleep until well after midnight. Woke very tired at 8. Into WVC and home for engineer to repair heating - wasn't able to either! Oh well, at least we have a roaring fire and hot water bottles.
Woke early in a cold house (no heating!), legs sore still and decided to have a resty ahead of a late shift at the Sports Centre (2.00-10.30pm)... entered JK - 14 weeks to get fit and ready!
