Cracking run with the Doglet - from home via Lode, Abbey, Quy Fen, Horningsea and down the Cam to Gt St Mary's church... used Strava for final 5K to see pace (5.30sh).

Over to the IVC gym for the usual VO2 max session... warm up and down on L10.

VO2 max session - 5 x 4 mins (2 mins rec) - on L16 and aiming to keep the rpm above 70. Good to be back doing this.

Parked at Stow-cum-Quy and took the path towards Anglesey Abbey, around the woods, over to Quy Fen (for some blackberry picking) and back via Quy Hall. Smashing jaunt with the usual training partner.

A lovely joggy walk around Angelsey Abbey and then back on paths from Lode to SP with Doglet. All good apart from fact she got spooked coming across a Roe Deer and wanted to give chase. Oh deer! :)

Great little session with Cocoa (!) in Cherry Hinton hall/gdns and then from car park to station - compressed for time so combined tennis ball stuff with constant changes of direction etc. Lovely!
