Another jog with cocoa - up to the A14 track and back via the Dyke and old railway. Humid.

Cracking late afternoon jog/walk with Cocoa (in sandals which are fantastically comfortable) on paths to Burwell, up to Reach (looping around the back) and down the Dyke to home.

Two interesting courses on Therfield for WAOC training - one contour only and the other vegetation only. Usual sloppiness!

Another resty - home from work and slept for an hour on the sofa before tackling another 90 mins of furniture assembly. Was putting the packaging in the car when heard music in the village - Morris dancing! Dragged mix for one number which was good fun (as well as a decent workout too

Sore legs and back at work... I was tempted to put down 2 hours of flat-pack furniture assembly as training - certainly physical and sweaty!
