Mostly walked up (though cut it fine and had to trot the last bit)... Ran down to alert first aid for a woman suffering from hyperthermia.

spiked:10/13c (sick) shoes: Integrator 4

Day 1 of Lakes 5-day on Silver Howe: in atrocious conditions and struggled with chest and sinuses. Hard going (nothing in legs) with lots of water over the area due to incessant rain. Accurate until 7 when made mistake there and at 9 and 10, costing 6.5 mins. Pleased to get round but rightly decided to give rest of week a miss, perhaps doing Day 5 as well.

Difficult nights sleep due to heat and illness... Into work and managed a short evening walk with Cocoa.

Horribly gunky day and feeling extra tired from hot, sweaty night (combo of illness and temperatures), plus first night in Lavender. On a positive I did find a lovely 10 minute stroll for Cocoa and I at night.

From the new place - Upware Road and right on drove towards Reach and back to SP via another drove/track. Removed sandals and jogged barefoot which was lovely. The only downside was that I felt rough...
